You can now practice with me at one of London's most authentic yoga shalas - Yoga at the Arc

Wake-up Flow (Weds/60 mins/7.15am)

Set yourself up for a great day! Expect a gentle warm-up to wake up your body, followed by an energy-promoting yoga flow, a calming meditation followed by the stillness of Savasana. The classes are designed to fit around your schedule, so you can begin the day feeling calmer, more focused, energised, and productive.

Hath Flow (Sun/60 mins/10am)

In the class, yoga postures flow gently from one to the next with pauses incorporated for added instruction and a chance to feel into the postures. There will be some focus on alignment and breath work and this class is open to all levels, including beginners.
