Join me on a North Indian tour in 2027, featuring a variety of cultural, historical, and wellness experiences. The journey begins in Delhi with a welcome dinner, providing an opportunity to meet fellow travelers, followed by a week of planned activities and sightseeing across the region.

Start each day with a morning yoga session, followed by breakfast. Explore Delhi’s temples and spice markets, visit the Gandhi Smriti to learn about India’s spiritual and political heritage, and conclude with evening pranayama, yin yoga and meditation sessions. Continue to Jaipur – the pink city – where you’ll visit Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, and have time to browse the shops in Bapu Bazaar.

Visit Agra to see the renowned Taj Mahal and Red Fort, with time to relax in the peaceful Mehtab Bagh gardens. Each city presents unique history, colors, and flavors, providing something new to discover each day. Conclude the trip with a visit to Sanjay Colony in Delhi and a closing ceremony to reflect on the experience.

The
practice
Every morning* from 6.30 - 8am**, there will be guided pranayama (breath practices), mantra (recitation of sacred chants), asana (yogic postures) and dhyana (meditation). All levels of experience welcome and catered to. Every evening, there will be gentle asana, pranayama and dhyana.
*excluding the day of the sunrise Taj Mahal visit.

The itinerary
Day 1 Delhi - Opening ceremony + yoga practice in Lodhi Gardens, India Gate, Rajpath, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Jain temple + bird hospital, Kinari Bazar, Old Delhi Spice Market, Gandhi Smriti. Evening practice.
Day 2 Delhi to Jaipur - Yoga practice in Lodhi Gardens, drive to Jaipur. Evening practice.
Day 3 Jaipur - Yoga practice on Jaipur rooftop, Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Bapu Bazaar. Evening practice.
Day 4 Jaipur to Agra - Yoga practice on Jaipur rooftop, drive to Agra, Abhaneri Step Well, Mehtab Bagh. Evening practice.
Day 5 Agra - Yoga practice on Agra rooftop, Agra Fort, Brahma Kumaris Meditation Centre, free time for independent shopping and sightseeing. Evening practice.
Day 6 Agra to Delhi - Sunrise Taj Mahal visit, drive to Delhi, visit rural village, free time for independent shopping and sightseeing. Evening practice.
Day 7 Delhi - Yoga practice in Lodhi Gardens, Sanjay Colony slum visit, free time for independent shopping and sightseeing, closing ceremony.
Day 8 - Departure from Delhi.
